We meet and greet and discuss your specific needs, timelines and choices of paint or alternate wall decoration. In the case of Commercial projects, we discuss the timeline in which we will operate to meet the needs of the construction company and other contractors. There is usually a 50/50 chance that we will paint before or after other finishes are completed.

Having all the facts at hand, we now present our clients with a quotation and providing this is accepted various agreements are made, orders issued or contracts signed, depending on the nature of the project. Then comes the fun part – materials are chosen or paint colours are discussed. We present charts, give advice and show samples to ensure the choices made are clearly understood on both sides.

The efficacy and longevity of the paintwork done are often subject to the preparation of the walls before painting or papering. It is case-dependent and some surfaces need major scraping, filling, plastering etc. and others are pretty much ready to apply the first coat.

The paint is then expertly applied – always 2 coats and this is where our skill and experience count. Communication continues throughout the project with our client and clean-up is done daily wherever it is needed (Not always in the case of construction sites).

We are not 'paint and run' people! An inspection is done and snag list prepared where applicable and attended to. Only when our client is happy and the job is signed off do we consider it done. The workmanship guarantee is site-specific and discussed up-front and our products are all subject to standard manufacturer warranties.

We are as transparent in our communications as the windows in the buildings we paint and we are fully accountable for the work we do with the proviso that normal reasonable maintenance of any areas that can affect the paintwork or wall decorations we have provided is carried out.
